Full payment is taken at booking for every tour. There is no deposit. Payment details are sent by email with your quote.

Cancellation policy

Full payment is taken at booking for every tour.

Tours around Calgary and the Rockies (any-date tours, including Banff, Lake Louise & Moraine Lake, Golden & Yoho, Jasper, Banff & Icefields Parkway, Rockies Loop, Drumheller, Rockies Highlights and Waterton & Glacier): full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before departure. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before departure.

USA tours and long Canadian tours (all one-way USA tours, Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Whistler and Kelowna, plus their return tours): full refund if cancelled 60 or more days before departure. No refund for cancellations less than 60 days before departure.

What multi-day packages include

Every multi-day package includes your hotels. Breakfast is included at your hotel, and for lunch you order your favourite meal from the menu at the restaurant we have chosen as the best for the group. Dinners are not included, and neither are tips, personal expenses, optional activities or travel insurance. One-way tours include a one-way flight ticket home; loop tours return to Calgary by coach. Each tour lists exactly what is included.

Season

Tours around Calgary and the Rockies run any day, June 1 – October 30, 2027. Long multi-day tours run on fixed departure dates, June 15 – October 15, 2027.
